Should I move?

My sister lives in Chicago with her husband and 2 kids and has offered for me to live with her to finish high school out there. I love my parents but Im not doing so good with school where I live now because of drama and people that dont like me. I feel I would get a better education with my sister and should try it for even a semester. I just dont want to leave my current friends. What should I do?

You should finish school where you are, with your friends. Graduation is scary if you don't have any friends. I think you should stay. You will probably have to separate from your friends after you/they start college, anyway, so maybe you could move then, but you don't sound like you want to move. If you don't want to, don't. Simple as that, but don't forget about how your decision will affect them. You sound like you need them, and they need you. Do you really want to leave them, the people who have been there for you? The people who you could always "lean on". The one's who cried with you when when you were sad, stuck with you through good times and bad. Who always cared about you, who would come with you and play horseshoes. They stick with you, you stick with them. You either disappoint yuor sister, or all your friends. You decide. I think you should go. Try it out for one semester and see if you like it better. You can still keep in contact with your friends and this will give you the opportunity to make new friends. If it doesn't work out, you can always come home.

you should go. if not you'll always wonder what it would have been like if you had done it. i had a similar desicion it turned out for the best. you should read this poemby robert frost called the, road not taken, it should help.
