I am sending in through bluetooth. Do I need to down load a program?

As i don't know what mobile your using i will just have to give you a general idea,but it should work.
Go on net and put search 'free super converter',follow the instructions download it and install it.
I will assume you can copy the video file from your phone to the pc(you are just unable to view it).
Open your super converter set the output file as avi,mpeg whichever your pc normally plays fine,drag/drop your video clip into bottom of converter and press convert.
Your file will be now able to be played in your pc you can even burn to dvd etc with a little practice and know how.
This converter will also convert avi/mpeg etc to 3gp which is what most mobiles use to play video clips.
So you can take a downloaded video clip and put it on your mobile,just put output file as 3gp.
Download the super converter as it has all video codecs,so you can play almost every video file via windows media player.

Hey I used Nero 7 you can download it for free for like a month or so right from the Internet. go to Nero 7 web site then go to downloads and it will take you to the screen to where you can download it. Hope this helps.
