Since Meldrum's acid is actually acidic, it would have limited solubility in the H2SO4/isopropanol mixture and could be separated by floating a layer of something like hexane above the mixture, agitating it, allowing it to separate, taking the hexane layer, drying it and evaporating it. Standard liquid-liquid extraction process, check any laboratory type text.
