Workers permit in Maine?

I am 15 years old and am searching for my first job. I heard that i need to get a workers permit before i can actually work. does anyone know how I do this?

You can check with your Guidance Department at school, and then if they do not have the information available there you need to go to your town hall or city hall, and they will have the information and paperwork you need there.
