One day I found a hedgehog in my garden which is surrounded by a meter and a half high stone wall. There is a wooden half-door, but also about a meter high.
I noticed the hedgehog around for a couple of days in a row, then it was just gone. Is it possible it went over the wall or climbed over the door?
I didn't find any bones or blood so it's unlikely that it died or was attacked by cats.

Hedgehogs will dig tunnels and little underground homes for themselves.

It is most likely that it dug underground and under the wall of your garden.

I just had to chuckle a bit thinking about a hedgehog climbing "over the wall and escaping," sounds a bit like one of those young peoples movies.

If that is a pic of your garden on your 360, it is too beautiful for any living creature to want to escape.

Have a great day.
