Are you referring to an .iso image? If youre running XP, try CDBurner XP Pro. This is a freeware app (works very well) and has an option for burning an .iso to CD. Run the app, thenclick the 1st option in the initial compilation dialog. Go to the file menu, then select "write disc from ISO file". From there you browse to your ISO image file, select it and then burn.

Download the files you need from the internet.

Get a copy of a CD burning software .Something like Nero would do fine. Install it on your system.

Insert your blank CD into the burner and start Nero.

Choose your files .Follow the instructions, set your options and start burning the CD.

Wait for the operation to be completed.

Congrats .. you have burned your CD!!
