Prison Break because the story is amazing and the characters are awesome.
Lost because it's a crazy show and it makes you dying to know what happens next.
Heroes because although the idea of it has been done numerous times before, it does a great job at telling the stories of the characters.
Family Guy because it's the funniest show ever

I liked a show called INVASION that once followed Lost and they cancelled it.
It was filmed in Florida and was about these Aliens that lived in the Swamp and if people went into the water, they would come back changed.

Becker, although in syndication, really makes me laugh. When it was a current show, I thought it was lame -- I guess my sense of humor changed.
