Indians never think about their vote is how valuable one...They are ready to cast their vote to useless/illiterate/dadhs/etc...most of the people never franchise their vote also.

1) One should be literate enough to understand world affairs.
2) Commitment and determination to serve people.
3) Honesty, integrity and love for the country.
