There are many innocent type things you can talk about.

Favorite or least favorite music, movies, tv shows, etc.
Personal beliefs, such as politics or religious beliefs.
Last live concert you saw.
and many, many more!

Just relax and perhaps let her know that you are a quiet person.

Talk about your hobbies, the upcomming weekend or vacation and then you can ask her about her hobbies, etc...

Talking about what you do is the easiest way to start a conversation. Also, you could take a current event you find interesting and discuss it.

Ask her how she's doing since you guys last met; like what are her new interests and things like that. If not you guys can just go catch a movie or something.
