everyone describes me as VERY ambitious in a good way. i like being ambitious because i always get what i want. but what do you guys think about ambition and ambitious people?

i love them. it means that you have a positive thinking, outgoing,and have a great direction of life. positive, is great part of a person's personality.

Ambition to me is success. The ambition to push for what you want. The gusto. You go girl. If more people were ambitious we would have more businesses and more money lining the pockets. Ambition makes a poor person unpoor.

being ambitious is a great thing as long as you dont step on anyone's toes on your way there. ambitious people are highly motivated to reach their goal in life and works hard to succeed in everything they do. a person with an ambition is highly to succeed for they're more focus and they know what they want from life. goodluck!

I am inspired by people who have defined goals and direction, even if I don't want to do what they are doing. So many people live life randomly and never really make much of their potential. But, there will be those who cannot appreciate drive and initiative - just leave them in the dust. Those who love you will be on your list of people to see, right? Just make sure you don't leave people and relationships out of the equation. Achievement is empty without people to share it with, and it can be lonely at the top, especially for women.

Great, if they use their ambition to improve their lives. However, ambition is not always a virtue. The Kaisar, Hitler, Ghengis Kahn, among others come to mind.
