I'm trying to connect to this chat but this error message keeps popping up?

It never did this before when I use use try to log on to the chat.But I clicked on the little error picture at the bottom left hand corner of the page and it says...

firewall? cookies? site trouble? object required sounds like cookies! try to check settings for cookies in internet properties in the browser
