I can work better under pressure or worse. It depends on what I'm doing. Most of the time I think I work well under pressure.

It is funny, cause we were talking about the same thing an hour ago, I believe that people do work better under pressure, but when given freedom and a lot of time people always delay their work to the end.

Yeah...I tend to keep my composure and remain calm when working under pressure, or dealing with any stressful situation in life. I'm glad I'm like this. I have worked front desk positions where I have had to multi-task and handle lots of things at once...the phones, patients or customers checking in, checking out, nurses or other employees coming to you all at once needing this or that, dealing with rude or long-winded customers/patients on the phone or at the front desk while you're trying to get your job done and move on to the next person. I have always taken care of business politely and efficiently and without ever being rude or inconsiderate to others. Wish others paid the same respect sometimes.

I've seen so many people lose their cool and get edgy and irritated, ill-mannered and crazy under even the slightest pressure.

The extra adrenalin associated with working under pressure helps me to focus my efforts. Some of my best work was done under pressure.

I work well under pressure. The pressure is like adrenaline, it gets the creative juices flowing and everything gets accomplished and it seems effortless. It also helps when others are seeing the results because they get the impression of wow! It blows their mind because they can't imagine being able to accomplish the same results in a short time-span.

Depends on the kind of pressure, but work-related pressure, YES. Life/personal stresses and pressure, not at all.
