You can, but I wouldn't advise it. You would be risking tearing one, causing severe blood loss, if it is very large. You are also risking a bacterial infection, if the motion causes bacteria to be pushed into the opening. You can also increase the risk of more hemorrhoids from the friction.

Best bet, would be to seek treatment for your hemorrhoids and abstain from anal sex until after you have been treated.
