I had the same issue go on with me as well when I was pregnant. In fact I'm 35 weeeks now and finally starting to see a major change. Don't worry, once that baby is born they will feel so big and full that you'll feel like they are going to explode!
In the meantime, you can massage them, from the bottom of the breast upward toward the nipple. If you have a pregnancy book on hand, most of them will tell you how to massage properly. This will help the ducts become better prepared for the milk post delivery.
Just remember when you massage, you may have a little colostrum leakage which is normal. Congratulations on your pregnancy and good luck.
p.s. definatley follow that other persons advice as well, don't use any over the counter breast enhancer pills or creams, none of them are FDA approved and it is unhealthy for the baby.

Sorry, hun, but the answers you don't want to hear are the only answers there are. You can either fake it or live with what you have. There is nothing natural besides pregnancy and weight gain that can make your breasts larger. I think that may be your key--try putting on weight. If you want to do that you may have to cut back on the running (very athletic girls usually tend to have smaller breasts--something to do with hormones). Bear in mind though that you cannot target where you gain weight and you may put it on in places you don't want it. If you don't want to do that then, and I know you hate to hear it, you may just have to wait. But don't give up hope! If you started developing late then you will likely finish late. I did. I was virtually flat chested until I graduated high school in 2005. And I've recently gone up a cup size in the past year and I'm 24 now. If every one in your family has large breasts then odds are you aren't far behind. But hey, try to appreciate your body the way it is. I only have B cup breasts and I like them (although it took me along time to--I used to be like you and want large breasts, too). There is something to be said about boobs that don't fall to your navel when you take your bra off. ;)

Umm, the only way to enlarge your breast while pregnant is being pregnant with the hormones. But not everyone's breasts get bigger. If your current bra doesn't fit (which is what I think your saying, cause you jump from boobs, to waist to boobs) then just buy a bigger one.

unfortunately some women never experience enlargement (during pregnancy or otherwise)
hormones and your bodys genetics have to do with that
however do not take any pills they may not be safe during pregnancy........and honestly
mother nature and surgery are the only two sure ways to fix that

You still have a little ways to go and they will still get larger. Trust me. Mine didnt really begin to change until I was around 30 weeks and on.

The only thing that will help is the pregnancy hormones themselves. Just wait they'll grow when they are ready.

Please don't take anything that says it's going to make your breasts larger, anything you take goes straight to your baby. Your body will change regardless, and chances are your breasts will become bigger - and if they don't, you can still breast feed regardless of how small they are.
