You have to answer a lot of questions in 1 place example: if u answer most questions on wrestling u can be a top contributer but try not answer any other kinds of questions except wrestling

no i dont think its a certain level. Just tells people how much time you spend in a section, how many questions you answer in the section. Im always in the wrestling section, there for im a top contributer there.

you dont have to be at any level to be a top contributer. you just have to answer many questions, i think. sorry if it doesnt help.
