Oh you poor lady, that's terrible!
Endometriosis is one of those strange things that happen to women, where the lining of your uterus, the endometrium, thickens, and grows in other parts. like your fallopian tubes, your ovaries, your bowel. The symptoms include irregular bleeding, painful sex, uncomfortable bowel movements, and pain.
It's not right for you to bleed like this; your haemaglobin count must be low, if you are losing blood all the time like this. I urge you to see a doctor, you must be in pain too.
I put up with irregular bleeding for two years; bleeding after sex; after a bowel movement;after passing water. Finally one night, I started to bleed and it just would not stop, and I had to go to hospital. I had a huge polyp, like an orange in size, dragging out of my uterine wall. It was removed surgically, and I was put on pure progesterone for six months. My periods went back to normal, and I began to feel better for the first time in years.

The most common symptom of endometriosis is pelvic pain. The pain often correlates to the menstrual cycle, but a woman with endometriosis may also experience pain that doesn’t correlate to her cycle. For many women, the pain of endometriosis is so severe and debilitating that it impacts their lives in significant ways.

Most likely you need a D&C, to stop the bleeding. You really should contact your doctor. Losing that much blood can lead to an iron deficiency. Take a multivitamin until then. Good luck!

Go to the doctor.
If there is something 'really wrong', you sitting asking people on the internet what they think is not helping anything.

If your doctor recommends the Merina system, I can say I found it great for heavy long periods - stopped them dead.
