That's called a handstand roll. These are simple and fun to learn and do.

You need to master your handstand really good before moving onto a handstand roll. To do this practice against a wall or with someone holding up your legs.

Once you have your handstand the rest is pretty easy. It all depends on your balance. Start bending your arms and tucking your chin (like in a somersault), and at the same time be ready to bend your knees and roll. Keep everything tight against your chest, including your head so your don't come down on it and hurt your neck. Once down you should be able to roll right out of it like a regular somersault.

Good luck!

It is a handstand forward roll, but it could also be a front handspring. If you are thinking about what the girls do in the olympics then it is a front handspring. They both have a hand stand.
