the answer is A
A. pressure has a "per sq m" in the denominator. So the area cancels out.

B. mg is a factor in the pressure, so g matters

C. density has an effect on the m part of mg (barrel of water has less pressure than a barrel of mercury)

D - similar - the pressure at the foot of Hoover dam will be higher than a foot below the surface.

B.
I'm not sure what acceleration of gravity is but I do know all the others do have an affect on the pressure of a liquid at the bottom of the barrel. Gravity is constant and independant of other forces. That means it reacts the same on objects no matter if they are in motion horizontally or falling or staying still. If you drop a bullet and shoot a bullet from the same height, both bullets will hit the ground at the same time.

It's A, acceleration of gravity effects it because of inertia, liquid density effects it because that indicates the weight of the liquid, and height of the liquid effects it because it indicates how much liquid there is. And I just can't help myself but clarify on the answer before this one. A bullet fired from a gun will hit the ground long after a bullet dropped at the same time, because the bullets forward motion keeps it from going down until it loses momentum. And if you really want to split hairs, the slight time dilation that occurs due to the bullet moving much faster will cause it not to hit at the same time.
