When you scan make sure you have scanned with the most up to date antivirus you can get, because you are unprotected against viruses since your last update.
If you rescan with updated antivirus, and you still are infected, then you will need to reload the operating system.
You can throw more money down the tube by buying Windows CDs or get a free secure open source operating system and be rid of these pests permanently: www.kubuntu.org

It's time to reformat your hard drive and reload windows and all your programs, or find a really good trojan killer.
If you wannt reload, take everything off you can't afford to lose, and stick it on cd's, dvd's or a flash drive. They pop in the windows disk and reformat and reload.
The virus is probably attached to windows somewhere, so what you saved should be clean.

hmm... if u have an antirvirus... u won't be able to delete it going to an earlier time, that's because the virus is not in what u did 5 minutes ago.. the vius is already in ure drive... so, u'll need to clean it with an antivirus, or clean it manually, if none of this work... You'll have to start your PC recovery (if it has), or change your SO, but you'll lose all your information in PC RECOVERY and you'll lose all your info, + all your computer's original settings if u change your SO

The website warningiepage.com is a homepage hijacker that is installed by a trojan called Zlob. Zlob changes your homepage to warningiepage.com and generates warning messages to try and get you to buy fake programs such as SpyDawn, SpyHeal, Pest Capture, Antivermins and others. Of course it is important to get rid of this homepage hijacker, but its just as important to also remove the Zlob Trojan that implanted it there. In my experience, a program called SpyNoMore is your best bet in removing the Zlob trojan. By removing this trojan, you will also get rid of warningiepage.com. Another symptom of Zlob Trojan is that it generates fake warning messages like:
System Alert
Critical System Error
System Performance monitor warning
Security Alert: NetWorm-i.Virus@fp
Security Warning: SpyBot@MXt trojan
W32.Myzor.FK@yf

Here is a good way to keep spyware and viruses off your computer.....
-- Get CCleaner to clean clutter from your hard drive,
-- Ad-Aware to remove spy ware,
-- AVG for anti-virus protection.
All good free programs that can be found on download.com
Also, you can go into msconfig (start >> Run >> type msconfig, go to startup tab, uncheck undesirable programs) and get rid of programs that you don't need. Sometimes these are little spybot programs that cause pop ups and browser hijacking. Make sure and be careful here though. Google the programs first to make sure you should remove them. Try these steps to get rid of spyware, junk, nasty pop ups and also speeds up your system. Good Luck.
