Ideas for a student portfolio on 'self'... the students as they perceive themselves?

At the beginning of the year we started to develop what we're calling a "Character Education Portfolio". The intent is to get the kids thinking about themselves... how they handle situations, who they are, who they are becoming, who they want to be. So far we have included the following:
Baby pictures, current pics, pics of family and friends.
Resume.
Who am I now?
What's my ideal career?
How do I want my life "to look" in 5 years?
Music (we burned cds of favourite songs)
When I'm angry/happy/sad I... My body language looks like...
The best choice I ever made...
Favourite journal entries.
Hobby/Interest/Activity Inventory
Artwork (personal and favourites from others)
How does my music define me?
Other people see me as.... Really I am more like...
What do I do to make the world a better place?(home/school/community/country/world)


I may have missed a few... any other ideas? These portfolios are a favourite activity and are ABSOLUTELY beautiful.

Awards they have won in/out of school.

If it isn't too iffy, then their views on politics, religion, global warming, abortion, drug legalization, etc.

You could also have them draw a picture of how they view themselves since you have a lot of emotion stuff in here; i.e. Who I am now? When I'm angry/happy/sad/ my body language looks like.......

I'm currently doing one of these for my class as well! i'm a senior in high school and it is by far my favorite project that i have done.

chores they like /dislike,family and friend interviews about them,talents they have ,what they would like to learn as far as any talents.singing,playing guitar etc.an out line drawing of there hand and feet. how do i handle problems,interests as far as global warming ,animals and how to help.family trees is a realy good one ,have them add each person is and a bit of somthing about them.hope this helps
