there are some, but not worth bothering wih , and getting it noticed will be a nightmare, like having a good book published its no good hidden under your bed,
and there are some real bad ******* out there only too willing to get your money for bogus i will get your site noticed
for x amount a month. once you have built your site, to you its the best in the world and it may be, and you want to get it seen, once you are on that road you can only get off by mistakes and that is expensive, and there is no way you can get your money back ,the last web host i went with i made sure it was what i was looking for asked a few Questions before I joined all to my satisfaction ,they said I had two months to cancel, they waited untill the very last day using all kinds of excuses why they had problems then when My web site was up and running on the internet its nothing like what I wanted but these 1&1 internet company have had their money and the 2 months has gone, they dont give a sod, another poor sucker will be along in a minute,

Geocities, microsoft live and google will all give you a free website. Microsoft and google will include a free domain, they also give you tools to build the website easy. There are many others, but those are the easiest. Good luck
