Just go to MSN email sign in and on the bottom there is a box that's says you forgot your password click it and it will get you your password.

When you enter your username, there is a box for the password and below that box, there is a clear sentence "Forgot your password?" and when you click on that, a box opens with clear instructions containing some characters which you need to type into a box.
