At least Hollywood is honest about why it creates a fantasy image to make money. Cons like Newt create a fantasy image to make money and gain power then try to tell us they're doing it for our own good. Puh....lease.

Newt Gingrich and alot of the GOP from the 80s onward make a mockery of their ' christian family values' with their infidelities , they're embezzlements, their lying , yet they confidently point fingers at everyone else including the Clintons while hiding their misbehaviours.
Frankly the GOP and especially the ' supposedly' Christian right wingers are the worst kind of hypocrites, because they use the bible for their means only and only read the parts in red rather than the whole thing and interpret it so it fits their agendas.
Since Nixon, with the exception of Gerry Ford, the GOP has been the lifeblood of scandal and destroying the good name of the US around the world. No wonder Gerry Ford waited til he died to say what he had to say, he was the only GOP president who had any ounce of integrity about him and his presidency.

I would have to say neither, Hollywood values are corrupt just like Gingrich's. You cant trust any politician these days. I guess at least Hollywood lets everyone know where they stand.

I can't answer that because, for the most part, there are no values in Hollywood, just overly pampered people who make their living by convincing the public that they are something they are not. I'll stick with Newt.

Newt screwed-up and I'd imagine that he'll pay a political price for his 'do as I say, and not as I do' mantra .
