Good question, the only time my phone is switched off is if i'm on a plane or the battery dies and i'm not near a charger, i rely on it way too much, in fact i'm so sick of it was thinking of just switching it off for the day but i know i'd constantly be switching it on to check messages, everyone should do a phone free day i rekon.

I truly rely on my cell phone and when I don't have it, I go crazy! I can't even think of a time when I didn't have a phone and how I functioned. For me, it is essential because I have children in school who call me when they get home or if there is a delay because of the bus. I made sure they had a cell phone too.

I used to think I could not live without it. After getting tired of being constantly tracked down and pestered, I got rid of it and I'm GLAD it is gone. Have not used one in over 5 years.
Having a cell phone is like being on call and not getting paid for it.

I could quite happily live without it. But then I am an old fogey who grew up in an era when mobile phones didn't exist. In fact, quite a lot of things didn't exist - microwaves, computers, CD players, video, push button phones.....God! I feel old now.

I rely on my Sidekick a little too much... I'm constantly texting my family and friends and downloading songs on there. I couldn't possibly live without it. I know it sounds crazy but I would probably go mad if someone to my Sidekick away.

Used to think I could but now it is a permanent part of me. I can attribute part of it to I use it for work but now I feel lost without it. The other part is my mum is not doing well and has not been for awhile and she can get hold of me anytime day or night with my mobile.
