Click on the link below and scroll down the page to free online virus & spyware scans.
Click on the link for Panda.
When you get to the site, click on Scan My Computer.
Eventually you'll be given a choice of which area to scan.
Select My Computer.
Panda will clean & disinfect anything it finds.
Good Luck.

Apparently you are getting reinfected, I can only suggest that you locate and load both
"CCleaner" and "Ad-Aware SE" (both free) and then;

1. disconnect any physical connection to the inter-net
2. delete your mailbox files after storing them to a disk
3. run CCleaner, then Ad-Aware SE plus any others you might have some faith in.
4. it might also help to change your e-mail address on a regular basis.

If all else fails, yes, you will have to reformat and hopefully your disk can also reinstall all the original software that came with your computer. Maybe it's time for an upgrade anyway.

if you scan while you are online there is no point of scanning, good way is to scan each drive alone then full system scan. Other than that, some spy-wares are new, so google it and you find a lot of tools and steps how to get rid of them. If you know how to work in the registry, then thats the most effective way of deleting them.
