The distinction between Physics and Chemistry lies on molecules. Inside the molecule is Chemistry, outside of molecule is Physics. Thermodynamic processes are still Physics. Iso = the same, so isothermal means lines with the same temperature, etc. Consequently isochempot would be lines with the same chemical potential.
