I'm 5'7 heavy chested and I'm not sure what to wear....please help. thanks!

Congrats to you parents for making 25 years!

Whatever you wear should be comfortable. Since you are running the party for them, you will probably literally be running around. A comfortable skirt and top with a low heel shoe.
