No.

Bush has destroyed America's credibility, our debt is rising, schools still lag behind Europe, and we're still in that endless war in Iraq.

But the rich are happier!!

Bush has been the most successful president in history at violating federal law and getting away with it.

And since Congress seems unwilling to even put him on trial (impeachment) for the crimes has admitted committing, there really is no punishment. He's powerful enough that he's managed to get away with multiple felonies, and there is apparently nothing the American people can do about it except wait until his term is over.

Depends on what the goal was. If it was ruining America and making it the world's laughing stock, he rocked. Anything else, he was a pathetic failure like in all other aspects of his life.

The punishment is letting him live the rest of his life and being exposed to laughter and scorn of the entire planet. Gotta be tough to be the most pathetic creature on Earth and hearing it it said on every corner.

done what well?

ruining our country?

if that's the case, he has done VERY well.

His punishment is already waiting for him. It will be his entry into the chapters of American History as the single worst President in our nation's past, present & future
