how can I get used to this hot weather?

its not summer yet, just spring but to me it feels 100 degrees because I am so used to that cool breeze in winter.
How can I get used to it when its supposed to get even hotter?? I wear shorts and a t shirt, with my hair pulled back and tennisshoes for now??

Spend as much time outside as possible. I work outside in the summer and I find that I have greater tolerance for temperature extremes

hot weather ? Send me some, and I will mix it with my cold weather, than that should work out fine. Just right, Sounds good to me.
