I am not a republican, for the most part, they are repugnant. I have visited the websites of Hillary Clinton and that of John McCain the last few days, as I am a truly independent voter. I noticed a few things I did not like about McCain right away - he is pro-life and concerned about stopping gays from marrying each other. I am very pro choice and could not possibly care less how two people decide to live together.

Hillary's site was altogether different. I could not find a single issue in which she was clearly stating a solution or her opinion. Every speech just said some things about her perceived need for change and called for bipartisan talk. That was her answer for everything. The only real justification for voting for her I could find, was that the economy did well while her husband was Pres, so vote for her.

So, those two are both out in my view.

Rudy is pro-choice and supposedly for a more limited government than Obama.

Rudy

by elimination, not by really having a worthwhile candidate to begin with.

I'd take anyone before Hillary or Obama. I'd like my family and myself to stay alive!
I like McCain! And Condi would be great!

Obama definitely.

I would NEVER vote for a piece of scum like Rudy. He has disrespected the families of 9/11 victims by issuing policy that would put body parts into landfills as if they were trash instead of seeking the family's closure.
