Anyone know of a good way to prevent your belt from riding up the waist band of a skirt or pants that has no belt loops? I always have this problem of keep my belt in their place esp after I sit or squat down. I always end up having to adjust it. Any good suggestions?

Does wearing the belt tighter or looser help prevent it from moving off?
I find that wearing it tighter seems to cause it ride up more, don't know why.
