On August 8, 2005, President George W. Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This Act changed the time change dates for Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. Beginning in 2007, DST will begin on the second Sunday in March and end the first Sunday in November. The Secretary of Energy will report the impact of this change to Congress. Congress retains the right to resume the 2005 Daylight Saving Time schedule once the Department of Energy study is complete.

It's an effort to save energy or so thats what I read. But honestly its not going to work. Atleast there wont be evidance of it for atleast 100 yrs in my opinion!

Bush idea wasnt so great wow im shock he didn't have a good idea well maybe he will take a long walk off a really high building

I honestly heard that it's to save energy or something. I really did hear that on the news. I have no idea exactly how it saves energy though. I'm clueless.

it is because of how early spring came.
i think it has to do with flobal warming and how the earth keeps getting warmer every season
