Using your mentioned procedure, you should be be able to remove any program on your computer. If you continue to have problems, try contacting Microsoft or call your computer's manufacturer's customer service. They should be able to guide you thru the successful steps.
Good luck.

As soon as you turn on your computer, hit F8 and continue to do so until you get a black screen with white text. Select boot Windows in Safe Mode. This will boot Windows in Safe Mode, then just go in and try to remove it. If it still doesn't go in Add/Remove Programs, go into the drive upon which you installed it, and just delete the folder that it's in.

Go to your start menu
Click "Control Panel"
Click "Add/Remove Programs"
Select the program you would like to remove.

They "will" be removed.... it just fails to remove from list....

This is due to bad coding on the "makers" behalf and microsoft... Always the big companies who overlook simple things that matter to users

There are free programs to clean up the list in Add/Remove
