She needs to talk to her mom/dad about whats going on. She can wear pads that will help if she has an accident (that way she wont get laughed at) and it would seem that she could benefit from going to see a therapist for the wetting and why she is so nervous all the time.

You are a very GOOD PERSON for asking how you can 'comfort and help' your friend who 'wets her pants' in school. There are a few 'different things' that you can do ... you should 'volunteer' to help her get 'cleaned up and changed' into dry clothing, and you may tell her that her 'problem' is one that has been 'shared' by many girls in elementary and middle school through the years. You might try keeping an extra pair of panties and pants/skirt in case she doesn't have anything 'dry' to put on, because she would have to 'just live in the wet clothes' or go home from school to get dry clothes. And you should ask your teacher to give YOU a chance to 'make a report' on 'wetting' after infancy ... tell the class that people who 'wet their pants' have a 'super-sensitive sphincter' that causes them to 'wet themselves' when they are 'under pressure' in any way, and that this is a 'medical problem' most doctors don't 'want to deal with' because most children who 'wet their pants' should just 'grow out of it' and they may even feel that the 'shunning' and 'bad jokes' made about them when they do wet are 'helpful' ... but they're really not. Wetting oneself after infancy is a MEDICAL problem that your friend may 'outgrow' eventually, but it's a problem for her NOW and you would like to ask your 'classmates' to be 'very understanding' and 'kind' to your friend, and not to make 'fun' of her, because in 'other circumstances' it could be 'them' who wet their pants ...
