yes they can.There harder on men when they have to go to court to get money n they will take more then normal to teach u a lesson.U might want to try n give money on your own n get written receipts to prove so at least your showing initiative.Cuz it just makes things worse when it goes to court .As soon as it has to come to that u already have lost.Good luck n step up to the plate n b a father.Not a dead beat dad.

of course they can........rich, poor, part time, full time, past child support, current child support, if you owe it, they will find a way to get it from you.

chances are they can unless it is all under the table pay. but i would reccomend paying or they will end up sending you to jail on a bench warrent
