Phigment…etc, I can empathise with that. I've been known to get stuck in a dream myself, at least my friend has said something similar.

Of course I do!! Dreaming is often the best part of the day...certain days might be boring and lame, but when it comes to my pillow, I always know there's going to be a new adventure to ride towards, on my horse-bed ;)
And when it comes to lucid dreaming, that's the best part ever...

Personally I use shackles and hand cuffs and make sure they're real tight. A little hard to get out of in the morning but I've been known to both fall out of bed and on to the floor or fall into a dream and get stuck there.

Yep.
I always have very involved dreams, of exploring and hunting and stuff like that.
Last night I dreamt I went to Steak-N-Shake, joined a biker group, and explored America and Canada via tour bus (our bikes were tied to the top) .
The night before I dream of a never-ending spiral staircase, a HUGE science and natural history museum, and a library-***-video-store !
