Male and Female Guinea Pigs...?

I got a friend for my guinea pig pookie. we though she was a girl until someone told me HE was a BOY. but we had already gotten her a friend. so what are the chances of her (our new pig, baby) getting pregnet and if she does what do i need to look out for and to help her?!?

extremely likely she'll get pregnant. i would keep them in seperate cages.

get the male neutered and that will solve the problem. Until then keep them separated unless you want little piglets..um sorry for the twisted humor.
