Hi there La Donna, well it wasn't good to have
McDonald's as much as you did.But it is going to be a nice week end so you can go out and take a few nice walks. It will help work off some of your Happy Meals.Hope that what ever kept you so busy is all finished and you can relax a little. And eat healthier for the next couple of weeks.

Yes, it is bad. McDonald's uses foods that are laden with all of the wrong things for your body and it adds chemicals which make the food taste great and are extremely additive. Once you stop going you'll be able to control your urge to stop there. Cook up portion size lunches and freeze, so that when you have no time you can go to your own supply of "fast food" in your own freezer. It's hard for me to suggest what type of items, because I don't know what you like and dislike. But: Fresh fruit and cottage cheese, cubes of real cheese, apricot halves (dried), sunflower seeds, raisins, celery and red pepper strips, all kinds of nuts. Sauteed boneless, skinless chicken breasts with different herbs or spices, or sauces. For breakfast, make homemade biscuits and pancakes ahead of time and freeze. It takes two minutes from start to finish to make a scrambled egg to go with the biscuit or pancake that you are warming up in the microwave. Less time than you spend in the drive through at McDonald's, more economical, you use less gasoline, and much better for your body.

You will be okay if you don't make a habit of it. Just get a salad when you eat there. If possible, try to eat at a place that has healthier choices than McDonald's. If that is not an option, try taking something from home. Maybe you can make a little extra food at dinner and take the leftovers to work.

Thank Goodness I'm not the only one! No you won't die from it, but i would cut back on it if i were you. It only takes about 10 seconds to put some type of lunch meat on bread and put it in a baggie. Also if you can remember to do it, make your lunch before you go to bed so that all you have to do is grab it out of your fridge on the way out the door.

that your so busy your surviving on a food known to be destructive for you health. definately!
I don't known what kind of work you do so i do not know what would be the best option to suggest as a alternative food. Your best bet would be to drink juice like V8 fusion one glass is equal to a serving of both a fruit and vegatable and take a multivitamin to maintain good nutrition. go to the store stock up on foods you don't have to cook for too long that can still be healthy like bag of your favorite fruit to eat through out the week, soup especially can give you many options without emptying your wallet. Even instant rice noodles can be a cheap full meal if chopped frozen veggies are added to it when you cook it.
Best option of all is set enough time aside once a week to cook your weeks meals then freeze them in servings to later reheat in the microwave to eat.

No ur not goin to die but, that is alot of fatty foods in a week. Try doin something like a sandwich's or apple or some kind of fruit. And they are alot cheaper than McDonald's.

Depends what you're getting. You could buy salads, grilled chicken sandwiches w/o mayo, apple juice or milk instead of soda. Even a parfait for dessert. There are ways to eat fast food w/o ordering high-fat items.
Hope that helps!

Best not to try to recreate Morgan Spurlock's experiment in Supersize Me. A regular diet of that stuff can really mess you up.
