Maybe You make them mad, but they are not willing to move on, for whatever reason. like maybe they still care about you or afraid of change. I would move on before it turns to verbal abuse

"Making you mad about every little thing"? The anger is in you not them. If someone is pushing your buttons...move your buttons. What is making you mad? Reexamine your motives, if they are truly your ex then deal with it, separate yourself from the situation. If getting you mad is the only way to get your attention, then it is better to stay their ex. You need to learn patience and tolerance, not the other person. You now have a chance to grow. You can not change anyone else but yourself.

lol its a control thing and you sit there and allow it to happen. tell the ex to get lost, you dont need friends like that.
