It is far to early for them to appear, if you have pruned properly, they will grow.
Pruned ours properly last year (after much research and 5 years of a pathetic amount of grapes) we harvested a full wheel barrow full of grapes!

It is still a little early in the season for the fruit. Check the Internet they have a great deal on grapes. The U of Iowa has a good web site about grapes.

It's still too early in the year, I don't think they fruit till late in the summer. Also if the vine is a young one maybe it takes a couple of years. I would ask at your garden center.
