Go by the weight or height. Most of the diaper sizes overlap. Size 3 Pampers are like 16-28lbs and Size 4 are like 22-30lbs. My daughter is 23 lbs but the stage 3 are too short for her so we moved up to the stage 4...she is 8 months old.

it all depends on the size of the baby. my first baby was small so it took quit some time before i moved to size 2. my second baby however was a big one and few weeks after i had him i was on size 2 so it depends on ur baby/ just make sure the diaper that is not too tight is the right one and it helps at times to follow the recommended weight on the diaper.

My baby boy was in size 2 at about 2 months old. He's still in them, though it'll be time to go to 3 soon. ( he's 5months now) It does depend on each baby though. One nice thing about a baby staying in the smaller sizes longer is that the diapers are cheaper!

I think my daughter started using size 2's at about 4 months... when she weighed about 13 lbs... I didn't want to buy another huge box of 1's and have her outgrow them before we used them up! The 2's were a little big, but not gappy... just make sure there's no room for leakage! ;o)

My daughter began wearing length 3 around 3-4 months and replaced into in length 4 in her 6th month. So she replaced into in them for a pair months. My daughter began becoming off the charts at 4 months. i would not decide what number you order in line with different individuals by way of fact all infants are distinctive. I often do no longer purchase greater effective than a container that has 2 bags in it in view which you in no way be attentive to while they are going to hit a growth spurt.
