You may certainly ask ,but unless he/she is a convicted child molester or is on the sexual offender list , which can be seen "online" .I doubt that it will be answered...Violation of privacy in the main concern I've heard....

You may ask, but you will not receive one. However if you just really want to be a detective and be hella nosey, you can research it yourself at the county court house. Of course you will only get information from that county. Call the DA record's office in the county from which you want the information. Tell them you want arrest information, or indictment information on Joe Blow, give them his or her DOB, and they will give you what they have.
