we all feel like that sometime, stay cool, prioritise, deal with the most important/urgent things first. don't hide from your problems they will not go away. once you have cleared up one or two things you will start to see some daylight. good luck.

SO often the idea that we have so many problems is actually MORE than the problems themselves.

So...........

Make yourself a nice cup of coffee/tea/beverage and sit down with a pen and paper. Make a list of the things you think are problems.

Go back and read the list and see if you can come up with a solution, of if there is no solution and you just have to wait and see what happens. If there is no solution and you have to wait and see then STOP worrying about it now because the answer will come to you later.

If there is some solution or way to feel better about it write down your options and try to fix it in any way you can.

Talk to someone - often talking to someone really helps coz they can give you a different angle or perspective to look at something.

Have faith in yourself!!!

Ask someone for help.

A relative of mine was suicidal. He suffered from depression. He was in the middle of a divorce and he was living out of his car. He had no money at all.

I got a call one night from my brother, (I am the only one who lives in this part of the country, everyone else lives a plane trip away). Everyone thought that he was going to top himself (again!).

So, I took him in, found him a home, sorted out his legal problems, sorted out his child support issues, sorted out his money issues.

It took me two years. In that time he tried to top himself twice. I never believed him when he said that he was going to top himself, however the third time he said that he was going to top himself, I called his pshyciatrist and got him into hospital. Apparently depressed people cannot see any other option but to take their own life - it is part of the disease.

He still suffers from depression, but he has learned to cope with it. He has remarried a lovely girl.

If I had not helped him, he would have been dead.

So, talk to someone about your problems. Ask them for help with sorting them out. Do not let problems slide - no matter how tough they are, or they will snowball out of control. My relative's problems were very messy for me to sort out.

Problems have solutions.

Eventually time will pass, and problems will be solved.

People panic when they bring the future into the present, but they are not ready for the future. When the future arrives, you will have all the tools to cope with it.

I know the feeling. Sounds like you have too much built up stress in your life. Maybe you need to take time out for yourself to recoup! I am this week. Time for healing!

Chill! This too will pass. Don't take this "stuff" too seriously. A year from now this will be a distant memory.
