there's an old shell station off interstate 95 between jacksonville fl. & the georgia state line that sells preserved gator heads. I think that the name starts with D.L. .but I can not think of the last name. he sells fruit, trees, candy, honey & other gifts. also t-shirts.

I'm sure the Alligator farms sell them.
Also in St.Augustine, there is a gift shop that sells them.
I do not know the name, but it is at the end of A1A going north from Palm Coast. The road ends at the corner it's on.

you might try Konrico. They sell the heads in the store . I do not see any on their web page but they do ship.
