I had a hot fudge sundae yesterday...yummm but no more for a very long time! What would you indulge in?

Breakfast: pancakes and chocolate milk maybe some sausage on the side.
Snack: 3 or 4 Krispy Kreme Donuts more chocolate milk
Lunch: Ravioli, bread sticks, chocolate cake with ice-cream
Snack: A bag of marshmallows, some dark chocolate candy bars and more chocolate milk
Dinner: Beans, Enchiladas, taco, tamale, Spanish rice, sopapilla with tons of honey
Before bed: a huge bowl of Neopolitan ice-cream with lots of chocolate sauce, chopped nuts and whipped cream.

Don't laugh! I used to eat that way, but since I've been on the Atkins Diet, I've lost 50 lbs and I haven't eaten like that again!

I dont diet it doesnt work. I eat what i want when I want it. Then I go and do a dirty little deed they call EXERCISE.
