In the Spring, just remember to (Spring Forward 1 Hour) and in the Fall ( Fall Back 1 Hour).
Daylight Savings Time Begins March 11 at 2 a.m. (tomorrow)
Beginning in 2007, Daylight Saving Time is extended one month and begins for most of the United States at:
2 a.m. on the Second Sunday in March
to
2 a.m. on the First Sunday of November.

DST Begins Sunday (March 11, 2007) at 2:00 AM, but set your clock FOWARD Saturday (March 10,2007) before you go to bed or around 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM.
