I need the basics of decoupage. Is it possible to use regular elmer's glue? How would i do it if i used Elmer's glue? If i'm using regular paper, do i have to use less? or tissue paper? help!

You can use any type of paper you want, You don't have to use any more or less if it's regular paper. Tissue paper will give a more translucent effect.

You can use Elmer's glue with water. I'd go 3 parts glue to one part water.

My favorite medium is wallpaper paste.

You can use any kind of paper you want. Tissue paper is best if you want wrinkles and texture. Regular paper needs to fall short a little bit at the edges so you can get a good seal between the paper and your surface.
