Having successfully sold off my riff raff neighbour's house, while they're away on Vacation, without them knowing and taken the proceeds for myself, I'm off to Vegas for the week, I'll arrive back just in time to witness their reaction, can't wait! What do you think their reaction will be?

lol, I'm sure you did! However, this has actually happened. Look for a police investigation and then a probable lawsuit from the buyer.
There was this crook here in the Seattle area who was doing the same thing, selling peoples' houses that wern't for sale. The houses wern't actually sold, since the fake seller stole from the buyer. THE HOUSE STILL BELONGS TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER.
If you really did this crime then you'd probably ought to stay in Vegas, with the rest of the fruits and nuts who live in that Valley.

I think they will be very unhappy with you. And will probably try to find out how you sold their house and got the funds. The sale will probably be overturned and the police will eventually track the sale to you and charge you with theft and fraud. I hope you win in vegas as you may be able to just pay your neighbors enough that they dont prosecute you otherwise you will be spending some time behind bars.
so at first they will be shocked but in the end they will laugh about he whole afair...
You on the other hand...well start worrying now..no go to Vegas first and then start worrying lol

I'm sure they'll thank you, now they can finally move away from their annoying neighbor, God they couldn't stand him. But he did sell their house for them, so he must not be that bad.
