Paranoyia can be deleted from your thoughts only when you allow trust to enter. My first long term relationship was much like yours. I had trouble going to work and once I got there, found it difficult to keep my mind on my work because the only thing that was going on in my head was this neverending video loop of him with someone else. after talking to friends, I learned and accepted the fact that he did not have a rep for being a player and also I could relax and learn to trust until something came along telling my gut different. Trust is very important; as important as communication. Share with him how you feel and his reassurances should calm you down if his heart is genuine.

ok firstly, take a deep breath.you need to chill out a bit and give yourself a new way of looking at this.right paranoia, jealousy etc are very destructive feelings.get rid of the once burnt, twice shy thing by telling yourself that every new relationship you enter into needs a fresh chance, with 100% trust.adopt a no nonsense attitude,so you give him trust, but he must know that the Minute that trust is broken he is out the door,no second chances that way if he respects you,and truly wants to be with you,he will do every thing not to break it.you will be safe in the knowledge that if he does,he not the man for you good luck and dont forget not all men are w*****s x

Those in our futures pay for the cheaters in our pasts.
We think others will do the same thing that hurt us before.
It is human nature.
Take some time before you get serious again.
Get comfortable being on your own.
You are the only one that can make you happy.

First, you could learn how to spell it...PARANOIA is the correct spelling, not paranoya (FYI).
Quit worrying so much and try to have some trust and faith in people until they prove you wrong by lying or cheating. They may never give you reasons to mistrust them and you will have wasted all that time on being paranoid. Life is too short for worrying so much.

Remember this, if there is no trust in a relationship, there is no true love either.

Learning to spell simple words like 'with', 'said', 'know', 'what' and 'when' might make you a more attractive prospect.No-one likes to say his girlfriend is a thicko.
