Is their any evergreen tree shrub plant that grows 8ft or more faster than leylandi conifers please.?

For growing in front of a fence of large garden.Preferably flowering.But the faster the better.

Check out Arborvitae. Doesn't flower, but makes a good fence in most types of soil and weather conditions.
